Mr Garland was mine, and both my brothers (one is 22 the other is 16) headteacher in Infant/Primary School. He always knew the students names and even when i used to go back to pick up my youngest brother from school he would still remember me. It’s small things like that and the fact that he was always cheerful when you saw him is what i will always remember.
